4. User Content & Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of content you post but grant Sam Nepali a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for Platform operations.
• Prohibited content includes:
  • False, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading material.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or misinformation.
• We may remove or moderate violating content and suspend accounts.

5. Job Listings & Applications

• Employers must post accurate, lawful job ads complying with Australian labor laws.
• Job seekers acknowledge that Sam Nepali does not verify listings or endorse employers. Use discretion when applying.

6. Community Forum Guidelines

• Engage respectfully and constructively.
• Prohibited: Hate speech, personal attacks, spam, or off-topic posts.
• Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

7. Platform Availability

• We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee error-free operation.
• Maintenance or updates may occur without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data Use
